How this website handles your details.
This page is about igotisekai.com only — the site you are reading now. The three apps each have their own policy, because they collect completely different things: Pugmark, Pinzaa and Nabza.
What we collect
Only what you type into the appointment form: your name, your email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — your organisation, phone number, what you are building, your timeline, your budget range, when you would like to meet, and your brief. Nothing else. There is no account to create and nothing to install.
We also record which page you submitted from, so we know whether you arrived from Pugmark, Pinzaa or somewhere else. That is the whole of it.
What we do not collect
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. We do not know how many people visit this site, which pages they read, or how long they stay, because we have chosen not to measure it. Nothing on this site follows you anywhere else.
The one thing stored in your browser is a flag remembering that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay every time you change tab. It sits in your own browser, it expires when you close it, and it never reaches us.
Where it goes
An enquiry is written to Google Cloud Firestore in the asia-south1 region, Mumbai, in a project used only for this website — kept separate from all three apps. It stays in India.
The form can only ever add an enquiry. It cannot read, edit or list anything already there, so no visitor to this website can retrieve anyone else’s enquiry, and neither can a page on it. Only Avinash Singh can read them.
Who else is involved
Two third parties, both Google, and neither of them chosen for advertising:
- Google Cloud Firestore stores enquiries, as above.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Loading a font means your browser makes a request to Google, which means Google sees your IP address. If that matters to you, a content blocker will stop it and the site still works.
How long we keep it
Until the conversation is finished and a reasonable period after, in case you come back. We are not building a mailing list out of it, we will not send you anything you did not ask for, and we will not pass it to anyone.
Getting it back, or deleted
Write to igotisekai.apps@gmail.com and ask. You can have a copy of everything we hold on you, or have it deleted, and you do not need to give a reason. It is one person reading that inbox, so allow a couple of working days.
Who we are
igotisekai is a one-person software studio run by Avinash Singh in Bengaluru, India. There is no larger company behind it and no third party with access to any of this.
