Pinzaa — Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 August 2026

Pinzaa turns a shared location into exact coordinates a cab or delivery app can actually use. Doing that means handling where you are, so this page says plainly what is collected, what leaves your phone, and what stays on it.

The short version. Pinzaa collects your location and your phone number. Your saved places, your history and your buddy list never leave your phone. Deleting your account removes your record from our servers.

What we collect

What never leaves your phone

These are also excluded from Android's cloud backup, so they are not copied to your Google Drive.

What other people can see

Someone who already knows your phone number can look you up in Pinzaa and see the name and @username you chose. That is how sending a location to a buddy works. Your number is never revealed to anyone who does not already have it, and the list of Pinzaa users cannot be browsed or downloaded — a lookup only works if the exact number is already known.

When you send a location to another Pinzaa user, they see that place and the name on your profile.

Who else is involved

How long we keep things

Your directory record lasts until you delete your account. A location sent to you is removed once you have dealt with it, and in any case when you delete your account. Share links you create are stored so the person you sent them to can open them.

Deleting your account

Profile → Delete account. That removes your directory entry, your user record, every location other people have sent you, and everything Pinzaa stored on your phone.

One thing it does not remove: a location you sent to someone else stays in their app, in the same way a message you have already sent stays with the person who received it.

Age

Pinzaa is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not create an account.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
