Pinzaa — Terms of Use
Pinzaa is made by igotisekai. Using the app means agreeing to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
What Pinzaa is. A tool that gets a location right and hands it to another app. Pinzaa does not book rides, deliver anything, or take payment.
What Pinzaa does, and does not do
Pinzaa resolves a location and passes it to whichever service app you choose. It does not book, fulfil, price or guarantee anything. Any ride, parcel or delivery is entirely between you and that provider, on their terms, with their payment and their support.
We are not affiliated with the service apps
Uber, Ola, Rapido, Namma Yatri, inDrive, Porter, Borzo, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and BigBasket are not connected to igotisekai in any way. Their names and icons appear only so you can recognise which app you are about to open. Every trademark belongs to its owner. Pinzaa shows an app's icon by reading it from the copy already installed on your phone.
Locations can be wrong
Pinzaa exists because shared locations often land near an address rather than on it. It gets that right far more often than not, but no map is perfect and GPS drifts. Check the pin before you send a driver to it. That is what the map and the draggable pin are for.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and you are responsible for what happens through your account. Do not use Pinzaa to send someone's location without their knowledge, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful. We can suspend an account being used that way.
Availability
Pinzaa depends on services we do not control — mapping, sign-in, and the provider apps themselves. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change or be withdrawn.
Liability
Pinzaa is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, igotisekai is not liable for loss arising from use of the app, from an inaccurate location, or from anything done by a service provider you reached through it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
