Delete your Pinzaa account

You can delete your Pinzaa account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Pinzaa and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm when asked.

Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out once it finishes.

By email

What gets deleted

• Your directory record — the entry that lets another Pinzaa user find you by phone number, including your name and username.
• Locations other people sent you. Every share addressed to you is removed from our servers.
• Your sign-in itself, so the phone number is no longer linked to any account.
• Everything stored on your phone — your profile, your history, your saved places and your buddy list. These never leave the device in the first place; deleting the account clears them too.

What we keep, and why

• Locations you sent to other people. A location you shared sits in the recipient's own inbox, and deleting your account does not reach into someone else's data to remove it. This works the way email does: sending a message does not give you the power to delete it from the other person's account later. Those records no longer identify you once your directory entry and sign-in are gone.

Retention

There is no waiting period and no soft-delete. The records listed above are removed when you delete your account, not after a delay. We do not keep a backup copy of your profile or your received locations for later restoration.
