Delete your Pugmark account

You can delete your Pugmark account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

From inside the app (fastest)

Open Pugmark and go to the Me tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap delete account.
Type delete to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. You'll be signed out once it finishes.

By email

Write to igotisekai.apps@gmail.com from the email tied to your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your profile — username, avatar, profile photo, cover banner, and your phone number.
Your missing-pet reports and found-stray reports, including their photos.
Your saved pets and any adoption listings.
Sightings you reported, and any matches you were part of.
Your Pugmark sign-in itself, so the phone number is no longer linked to an account.

What we keep, and why

Reports about rule-breaking. If someone reported content for abuse, that record is kept so we can still act on repeat offenders. We keep these for 24 months from the date of the report, and then delete them. This is stated in our privacy policy.
Community map spots you submitted and that were approved. These stay on the map indefinitely because other people rely on them, but they are anonymised — the link to your account is removed, so they are no longer tied to you.
